The principles are incredibly simple and self-evident,
however, mastery takes practice. It's a bit like learning
how to ride a bike--a very simple process, but to get good
at it, it takes lots of practice.
To listen to these teleseminars you have
a couple of choices.
First, you can listen to them online as
streaming audio. Simply click
on the "play" button below (it's the first one
with the arrow) to start listening -- please allow the audio
to load if you're on a slow connection. This may take a few
seconds.
To do this, you need Macromedia Flash
(version 6.0) to listen. Don't worry. Most browsers have the
Flash browser plug-in already installed. Chances are you
don't need to do anything. But if you can't see the red
buttons below, or if they don't play after a minute or so
after clicking them, then

here to install the latest version of Flash.
 Second,
you can also download the MP3 files. Just click the links
below and the MP3s should start playing instantly (depending on
how busy the server is -- please allow a few seconds to load).
You can save the files on your computer by
right-clicking your mouse and clicking on "Save Target As."
